- How long does delivery take?
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery within the UK is typically 2–3 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
- Can I edit the AI-generated messages?
- Absolutely. After the messages are generated, you can edit, rewrite, or replace any of the 30 messages before placing your order. You can also regenerate all messages with different details if you'd like a fresh set.
- What if I don't like the AI messages?
- You're free to regenerate them as many times as you like before checkout — it's completely free. You can also manually edit any individual message to make it perfect.
- How does the QR code work?
- Each mug has a unique QR code printed on it. When the recipient scans it with their phone, they'll be asked to register with their email. After that, they can scan the code once a day to unlock a new message — one per day for 30 days.
- What if the QR code isn't scanning?
- Make sure the camera is focused directly on the QR code with good lighting. Most modern smartphones scan QR codes automatically through the camera app. If it still doesn't work, try a dedicated QR scanner app. If the problem persists, contact us and we'll help.
- What happens after all 30 messages are unlocked?
- Once all 30 messages have been revealed, they become a permanent digital keepsake. The recipient can revisit and read all messages at any time.
- Can I cancel or change my order?
- Because each mug is custom-printed, orders cannot be cancelled once they've entered production. If your order hasn't been printed yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
- What if my mug arrives damaged?
- We'll send a free replacement, no questions asked. Just email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll get a new one to you.
- What if I'm unhappy with my mug?
- If you're unhappy for any other reason, you can return the mug to us at your own cost and we'll send a replacement. Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or materially different from what was ordered. See our returns policy for full details.
- Do you deliver outside the UK?
- Not at the moment — we currently deliver to UK addresses only. We're hoping to offer international shipping in the future.
- Is the mug dishwasher safe?
- Yes, our mugs are dishwasher safe. We recommend placing them on the top rack to keep the print looking fresh for longer. The QR code is printed with a durable, water-resistant finish.
- Can the recipient see who sent the mug?
- Not through the QR experience itself — the messages are anonymous unless you include your name in the messages. The delivery packaging will include your name as the sender if you enter it during checkout.
- What's the Sweary range about?
- It's exactly what it sounds like. Unapologetic, affectionate banter for someone who'd appreciate 30 creative reasons why they're... special. Not for the easily offended — but perfect for the friend who'd love it.
